As a Spanish-English Bilingual Healthcare Customer Service Representative, you will be the difference between an average customer experience and an exceptional one. In this remote role based in California, you will support consumers by engaging thoughtfully to resolve questions related to their healthcare benefit needs. Your goal is to provide peace of mind and help consumers navigate complex healthcare options with clarity and accuracy.
You will be part of a dynamic, global family of curious lifelong learners. While you will report to a Team Lead and contribute to the overall success of the customer experience, you will also have access to individualized coaching and thousands of free courses to support your professional growth. We are committed to helping you build the skills and confidence to succeed from day one. Your training experience includes engaging, instructor-led online sessions utilizing both webcam video and audio, allowing you to connect visually with trainers, leaders, and fellow teammates. Webcam participation is expected during all instructor-led TTEC and client-required training, either throughout the session or at designated times, and is encouraged during coaching sessions to support meaningful connection and collaboration.
