About the Role

As a Personal Banker within PNC's Retail Branch organization, you will be based at the DENOVO MARKET AT SOUTHSIDE BRANCH in Orlando, FL. In this role, you will be the face of the bank, acquiring and deepening the branch customer base through proactive sales and service activities. You will manage the customer experience by identifying opportunities to improve financial wellbeing and collaborating with ecosystem partners to grow the customer's share of wallet.

Your day will involve driving proactive sales conversations through internal and outbound interactions, including outbound calling, service-to-sales transitions, and effective lobby engagement. You will deliver a full PNC conversation with every client interaction to identify appropriate solutions, leveraging community Centers of Influence to acquire and retain relationships. Additionally, you will apply product knowledge to solve customer problems effectively and manage risk by adhering to all policies and procedures to ensure efficient and accurate branch operations.
