As a Customer Service Representative (CSR), you will serve as the primary point of contact and the "face" of PLS. This role is designed for individuals who are passionate about delivering superior customer service and helping others navigate their financial needs. You will be accountable for educating customers on our products and services while ensuring all transactions are completed accurately and in compliance with federal, state, and local regulations. Your day will involve engaging with a diverse range of customers, resolving inquiries, and maintaining the high quality standards that define our brand.
