About the Role

This Bilingual Support Associate position is located in Washington, DC, and serves as a critical support pillar for the Customer Service and adjudication departments under the supervision of CGI Management personnel. The role exists to ensure the seamless processing of passport and related documents while providing essential bilingual support to government staff.

In this position, you will act as a bridge between the agency and the public, interfacing directly with applicants at information and will-call counters. Your day involves a blend of high-volume clerical processing and specialized bilingual tasks. You will utilize systems like TDIS-PD and PRISM to manage document batches, imaging, and data entry, while also handling complex inquiries from Congress, the White House, and other government agencies. A key component of the role involves supporting the handling of potentially fraudulent birth documents and assisting in the training of lower-level associates to continuously improve departmental procedures.
