About the Role
As a Retail Shift Manager (Lead Pawn Broker), you will provide outstanding customer service while building solid relationships with customers and promoting sales. This role is designed for individuals who want to lead and influence Team Members through coaching and hands-on involvement. You will be responsible for creating a friendly, courteous, and respectful environment that sets EZPAWN apart from the competition.

You will process loans and extensions, negotiate terms for items to be pawned, and perform opening and closing store procedures.
