The Assistant Store Manager serves as a strategic partner to the Store Manager in launching and operating Snow Peak's new retail location in Seattle. This pivotal role is designed to bridge the gap between pre-opening preparation and long-term operational excellence, ensuring the store is fully ready for its April 2025 opening.
You will be the face of the brand during the critical launch phase, combining hands-on customer service with team development, merchandising, and event coordination. Your day-to-day involves managing the rhythm of the store—from opening and closing procedures to overseeing inventory and sales floor presentation. Beyond daily operations, you will play a key role in building a high-performing team by delivering comprehensive training, managing schedules, and fostering a culture of growth and accountability.
This position requires a leader who thrives in dynamic environments, capable of adapting to the unique challenges of a new store opening while maintaining the high standards of customer experience that define Snow Peak.
