As a Federal Procurement & Supply Chain Manager, you will serve as a strategic partner to cross-functional teams, vendors, and suppliers, driving the development and implementation of effective U.S. Government contract procurement strategies. This role is critical to ensuring strict compliance with company policies and federal regulations throughout the entire contract lifecycle.
In this position, you will oversee the negotiation, execution, and management of contracts, ensuring they align with complex federal requirements such as the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) and Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (DFARS). Your day-to-day involves collaborating with internal departments to evaluate supplier changes, conduct market research, and prepare documentation that substantiates sourcing decisions. You will act as a key member of proposal teams, supporting the development of vendor and supplier documentation while monitoring performance to ensure readiness for project close-out and regulatory compliance.
