About the Role
We are looking for Shift Leaders to join our Dunkin' team! This position starts at 4am and serves as the backbone of our daily operations. As a Shift Leader, you will be responsible for coaching Crew Members throughout their shift to execute operational Brand standards and deliver a great, friendly guest experience.
You will set goals, provide job assignments, and motivate the team, celebrating successes while providing timely feedback. Your focus is on understanding and exceeding guest expectations, displaying a sense of urgency, and resolving concerns by following the Brand's recommended guest recovery process. You will act as a role model, maintaining high standards for yourself and others while contributing to the overall team performance.
In this role, you will drive sales goals, manage cash over/short, and ensure all products are prepared according to Brand standards. You will also be instrumental in creating and maintaining a guest-first culture, ensuring a safe, secure, and healthy work environment by enforcing safety, food safety, and sanitation guidelines.
