About the Role
We are looking for Assistant Restaurant Managers to help lead our Dunkin' team. This role is designed to support the Restaurant Manager in developing a dedicated team that delivers great, friendly guest experiences while driving profitable top-line sales. You will play a key part in recruiting, hiring, and developing Crew and Shift Leaders, ensuring that the restaurant operates with excellence and integrity.
Day in the Life
Your focus will be on creating and maintaining a guest-first culture. You will ensure all shifts are appropriately staffed to meet service goals and uphold a safe, secure, and healthy environment by enforcing safety, food safety, and sanitation guidelines. From executing brand standards and recipes to reviewing guest feedback and implementing action plans for system improvements, your day involves a dynamic mix of operational oversight and team leadership.
You will also drive sales goals by controlling costs, executing in-restaurant marketing promotions, and managing new product roll-outs. As a leader, you will hold team members accountable for their behavior and performance, resolve guest concerns using the Brand's recommended recovery process, and empower others to make decisions and solve problems. Your ability to interpret reports, identify business trends, and foster strong interpersonal relationships will be central to your success in this position.
