About the Role
As an Assistant Restaurant Manager, you will be the vital support to the Restaurant Manager in developing a team of dedicated people. Your day-to-day involves going the extra mile to keep customers happy and coming back, ensuring that guest expectations are not just met but exceeded. You will assist in the development of Crew and Shift Leaders, fulfilling accountabilities assigned by the Restaurant Manager to drive top-line sales and operational excellence.
This role is for those who bring a smile to work and possess a passion for setting high standards. You will act as a role model, resolving guest concerns with urgency and integrity while empowering your team to make decisions and solve problems. From interpreting reports to establish goals to creating individual development plans for your direct reports, you will be instrumental in building effective teams and driving business success.
