As a Key Holder, you serve as a vital extension of store management, ensuring the business runs smoothly in their absence. You are responsible for the full operational cycle of the store, from opening and closing procedures to managing cash handling and securing the premises. This role is designed for a proactive leader who can step up to guide the team, maintain inventory accuracy, and uphold the high standards of customer service that define the Walgreens experience.
In this position, you will model a distinctive and delightful customer experience by engaging with every guest, resolving issues, and sharing best practices with the team.
