About the Role

As a Key Holder at Walgreens, you serve as a vital link between management and the team, stepping in to lead store operations when managers are absent. This role is designed for individuals who thrive in a fast-paced retail environment and are passionate about delivering a distinctive and delightful customer experience. You will not only manage daily store functions but also model best practices for customer service, ensuring every interaction leaves a positive impression.

Your day involves a dynamic mix of leadership and hands-on operations. You will open and close the store, manage cash handling systems, and ensure the sales floor and stockroom are ready for business. Beyond operational duties, you act as a coach to your team, guiding them through vendor ordering, inventory accuracy, and compliance with safety and regulatory standards. Whether assisting with pharmacy window operations or resolving customer issues, you are responsible for maintaining the store's integrity and efficiency.
