About the Role
As a Key Holder, you serve as a vital extension of store management, stepping in to open and close the store, manage cash operations, and ensure the floor and stockroom are prepared for the business day. This role is designed for a leader who thrives in a fast-paced retail environment and is passionate about delivering a distinctive and delightful customer experience.
You will act as a liaison between management and the team, communicating tasks and reporting issues when leadership is absent. Your day involves more than just operational duties; you will model and share customer service best practices, from proactive assistance to resolving complex issues, ensuring every interaction leaves a positive impression. Additionally, you will support the team in inventory accuracy, pricing compliance, and maintaining a clean, safe, and orderly store environment.
