Shift Lead

About the Role

As a Key Holder, you serve as a vital extension of store management, stepping in to open and close the store, manage cash operations, and ensure the floor and stockroom are prepared for the business day. This role is designed for a proactive leader who thrives in a fast-paced retail environment and is committed to delivering a distinctive and delightful customer experience.

You will act as a liaison between management and the team, communicating tasks and reporting issues when leadership is absent. Your day involves more than just operational duties; you will model best practices for customer service, from greeting every guest to resolving issues proactively. Whether you are coaching team members on inventory accuracy, assisting with vendor deliveries, or ensuring compliance with state regulations on regulated products, your focus remains on maintaining a clean, orderly, and welcoming store environment.

Hiring Process

We are looking for candidates with at least one year of prior leadership, supervisory, or retail key holder experience. Fluency in reading, writing, and speaking English is required (except in Puerto Rico). If you have knowledge of store inventory control, that is a plus. For pharmacy-related duties, obtaining and maintaining valid PTCB certification or a pharmacy license as required by the state is necessary.
