About the Role
This Services Technician role is an onsite position located in Fort Worth, TX, serving as a critical link in our mission to transform businesses through technology. You will be at the forefront of helping clients and internal teams succeed by ensuring their systems are operational and efficient.
In this role, you will perform installation, modification, repair, testing, and servicing on systems and communications equipment. Your day-to-day involves identifying hardware and peripheral problems, determining cost-effective resolutions to minimize customer downtime, and installing and testing system hardware to ensure full functionality. You will also handle the necessary documentation for client builds, including preparing defective products for return and adhering to Insight policies and procedures. You will service both internal Insight teammates as well as clients directly on-site.
