Our service teams are dedicated to providing on-site support for Securitas Technology products. This role serves as the primary client contact for post-installation issues, ensuring system reliability while contributing to special projects as needed.
About the Role
As a key member of our service team, you will be responsible for maintaining the uptime and performance of our security systems. Your day-to-day involves responding to trouble tickets, diagnosing application issues, and executing preventative maintenance to identify and resolve system faults. You will perform routine configuration changes and conduct pre-deployment end-to-end testing for all upgrades and major modifications.
Beyond technical troubleshooting, you will perform on-site installations of software upgrades and produce quality technical documentation. This documentation will describe the conceptual and quantitative facets of system deployment, tailored for both technical and non-technical audiences. Success in this role requires strong problem-solving skills, excellent time management, and the ability to work both individually and as part of a collaborative team.

Requirements

Nice to Have
Experience with Bosch, Silent Knight fire alarm systems. Experience with Simplex, Notifier, Edwards, Siemens, or other commercial fire systems. NICET certification or State Fire License. ESA Certified Alarm Technician certification. NTS Certified Service Technician certification. Certifications in enterprise grade CCTV and Access Control.
