Our service teams are dedicated to providing on-site support for Securitas Technology products. This role serves as the primary client contact for post-installation issues, ensuring system reliability while contributing to special projects when needed.
As a key member of our service team, you will be the face of Securitas Technology at client sites. Your day will involve responding to trouble tickets to maintain application uptime, diagnosing complex system issues, and executing preventative maintenance to maximize availability. You will work both independently and as part of a team to resolve application faults, perform routine configuration changes, and document all system modifications through digital tracking systems.
Beyond daily troubleshooting, you will produce quality technical documentation for both technical and non-technical audiences, perform end-to-end testing of upgrades, and execute on-site installations of software modifications. This position requires a blend of technical expertise in low-voltage equipment and strong communication skills to ensure seamless service delivery.

Experience with Bosch, Silent Knight fire alarm systems. Familiarity with Simplex, Notifier, Edwards, Siemens, or other commercial fire systems. NICET certification or State Fire License. ESA Certified Alarm Technician certification. NTS Certified Service Technician certification. Certifications in enterprise grade CCTV and Access Control.
Skills: C-5 Limited Electrical Contractor, C-6 Limited Journeyperson License, Low Voltage Equipment, Commercial Access Control, CCTV, Burglary Alarm, Intrusion Systems, Fire Alarms, Bosch, Silent Knight.
Education: High School diploma required or equivalent.
