About the Role
This position serves as the primary client contact for all post-installation issues regarding Securitas Technology products at client sites. You will be responsible for ensuring application uptime and system performance by responding to trouble tickets and diagnosing complex application issues. Working individually or as part of a team, you will execute preventative maintenance tasks to maximize availability and identify system faults. The role also involves performing routine configuration changes, conducting pre-deployment end-to-end testing for upgrades, and executing on-site installations of software modifications. A key component of this role is producing high-quality technical documentation that explains system deployment details to both technical and non-technical audiences.

Requirements
- verifiedHigh School diploma or equivalent
- verifiedC-5 Limited Electrical Contractor or C-6 Limited Journeyperson License
- verifiedExperience installing and troubleshooting low voltage equipment
- verifiedWorking knowledge of commercial access control, CCTV, burglary alarm, intrusion systems, and fire alarms
- verifiedWorking knowledge of network communications and IP addressing
- verifiedStrong working knowledge of Microsoft Office
Nice to Have
Experience with Bosch, Silent Knight fire alarm systems. Experience with Simplex, Notifier, Edwards, Siemens, or other commercial fire systems. NICET certification or State Fire License. ESA Certified Alarm Technician certification. NTS Certified Service Technician certification. Certifications in enterprise grade CCTV and Access Control.
