About the Role
This position serves as a vital link between our service teams and our clients. You will be responsible for providing direct client contact for all post-installation issues regarding our systems and equipment. Beyond troubleshooting, you will engage in special project work as needed, ensuring that our clients receive seamless support and that their security infrastructure remains robust.
Your day-to-day involves responding to trouble tickets to ensure application uptime and system performance. You will work both individually and as part of a team to diagnose and resolve complex application issues. The role requires executing preventative maintenance tasks to maximize availability and identifying system faults before they impact operations. You will also perform routine configuration changes, document all system modifications through digital tracking systems, and produce quality technical documentation for both technical and non-technical audiences.
Additionally, you will perform pre-deployment end-to-end testing of all upgrades and major modifications, as well as execute on-site installations of software upgrades and major modifications.

Requirements

- verifiedWorking knowledge of commercial access control, CCTV, burglary alarm, intrusion systems, and fire alarms

Nice to Have
Experience with Bosch, Silent Knight fire alarm systems. Experience with Simplex, Notifier, Edwards, Siemens, or other commercial fire systems. NICET certification or State Fire License. ESA Certified Alarm Technician certification. NTS Certified Service Technician certification. Certifications in enterprise grade CCTV and Access Control.
