Our service teams are dedicated to providing on-site support for Securitas Technology products. We serve countless long-term clients with solutions that protect their people, customers, and assets, ensuring the reliability of our full portfolio of video, access, intrusion, fire, and integrated systems.
This position serves as the primary client contact for all post-installation issues regarding our systems and equipment. You will be responsible for ensuring application uptime and system performance by responding to trouble tickets and diagnosing complex application issues, both individually and as part of a collaborative team.
Your day-to-day involves executing preventative maintenance to maximize availability, performing routine configuration changes, and documenting all system modifications through a digital change control tracking system. You will also produce quality technical documentation for both technical and non-technical audiences, perform pre-deployment end-to-end testing of upgrades, and execute on-site installations of software upgrades and major modifications.

Experience with Bosch, Silent Knight fire alarm systems. Experience with Simplex, Notifier, Edwards, Siemens, or other commercial fire systems. NICET certification or State Fire License. ESA Certified Alarm Technician certification. NTS Certified Service Technician certification. Certifications in enterprise grade CCTV and Access Control.
Skills: C-5 Limited Electrical Contractor, C-6 Limited Journeyperson License, Low Voltage Equipment, Commercial Access Control, CCTV, Burglary Alarm, Intrusion Systems, Fire Alarms, Bosch, Silent Knight.
Education: High School diploma required or equivalent.
