This position serves as a vital link between our service teams and our clients, focusing on the post-installation lifecycle of our security systems. You will be the primary point of contact for troubleshooting application issues and ensuring system uptime at client sites. Beyond daily maintenance, the role involves executing special project work, performing on-site installations of software upgrades, and conducting pre-deployment end-to-end testing. The goal is to maximize application availability and ensure that our clients' people, customers, and assets remain protected through proactive service and rapid resolution of faults.

Experience with Bosch, Silent Knight fire alarm systems. Experience with Simplex, Notifier, Edwards, Siemens, or other commercial fire systems. NICET certification or State Fire License. ESA Certified Alarm Technician certification. NTS Certified Service Technician certification. Certifications in enterprise grade CCTV and Access Control.
