About the Role
Our service teams are dedicated to providing exceptional support for Securitas Technology products directly at client sites. This position serves as the primary point of contact for all post-installation issues, ensuring system reliability and performance. Beyond troubleshooting, you will engage in special project work, executing preventative maintenance, performing on-site software upgrades, and documenting complex system modifications. You will work both individually and as part of a team to diagnose application issues, maintain uptime, and produce quality technical documentation for diverse audiences.
