About the Role
Our service teams are dedicated to providing on-site service for Securitas Technology products at client locations. This position serves as the primary client contact for all post-installation issues regarding systems and equipment. Beyond troubleshooting, the role involves executing special project work as needed, ensuring that our clients receive seamless support and maintenance for their security infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities
- check_circleRespond to trouble tickets to ensure application uptime and system performance
- check_circleDiagnose and resolve application issues individually and as a team
- check_circleExecute preventative maintenance tasks to maximize application availability
- check_circleDocument all system modifications through a digital change control tracking system
- check_circlePerform routine configuration changes including user permissions and application settings
- check_circleProduce quality technical documentation for both technical and non-technical audiences
- check_circlePerform pre-deployment end-to-end testing of all upgrades and major modifications
- check_circlePerform on-site installations of software upgrades and major modifications
Requirements
- verifiedHigh School diploma or equivalent
- verifiedC-5 Limited Electrical Contractor or C-6 Limited Journeyperson License
- verifiedExperience installing and troubleshooting low voltage equipment
- verifiedWorking knowledge of commercial access control, CCTV, burglary alarm, intrusion systems, and fire alarms
- verifiedWorking knowledge of network communications and IP addressing
- verifiedStrong working knowledge of Microsoft Office
Nice to Have
Experience with Bosch, Silent Knight fire alarm systems. Experience with Simplex, Notifier, Edwards, Siemens, or other commercial fire systems. NICET certification or State Fire License. ESA Certified Alarm Technician certification. NTS Certified Service Technician certification. Certifications in enterprise grade CCTV and Access Control.
