Our service teams are dedicated to providing on-site support for Securitas Technology products. This role serves as the primary client contact for post-installation issues, ensuring system reliability while contributing to special projects as needed.
About the Role
You will be the frontline defender of our clients' security infrastructure, responsible for maintaining application uptime and system performance. Your day-to-day involves diagnosing and resolving complex application issues, executing preventative maintenance to identify faults before they impact operations, and managing routine configuration changes.
Beyond troubleshooting, you will play a key role in system evolution by performing pre-deployment testing for upgrades and executing on-site installations of major modifications. A significant part of your contribution involves bridging the gap between technical complexity and user understanding by producing high-quality technical documentation for both technical and non-technical audiences.

Key Responsibilities

Requirements
- verifiedHigh School diploma or equivalent
- verifiedC-5 Limited Electrical Contractor or C-6 Limited Journeyperson License
- verifiedExperience installing and troubleshooting low voltage equipment
- verifiedWorking knowledge of commercial access control, CCTV, burglary alarm, intrusion systems, and fire alarms
- verifiedWorking knowledge of network communications and IP addressing
- verifiedStrong working knowledge of Microsoft Office
Nice to Have
Experience with Bosch, Silent Knight fire alarm systems. Experience with Simplex, Notifier, Edwards, Siemens, or other commercial fire systems. NICET certification or State Fire License. ESA Certified Alarm Technician certification. NTS Certified Service Technician certification. Certifications in enterprise grade CCTV and Access Control.
