About the Role
As an Automotive Service Technician, your personal work habits and ethics directly drive customer satisfaction, which is of utmost importance to our team. You will partner with the Service Manager to set personal improvement goals, monitoring your progress against customer satisfaction indices and production metrics.
You are expected to act as a secondary customer greeter in the Service Drive, ensuring every vehicle is returned clean and that all original concerns are addressed before moving to additional sales. This role requires a high-energy personality and a professional work ethic to deliver safe, honorable service that meets local and factory recommendations.
