In this role, you will be directly involved in the repair and diagnosis of major vehicle components. You will serve as a seasoned expert in a particular manufacturer line, utilizing your deep knowledge to handle perplexing work with efficiency and accuracy. Your day-to-day involves examining vehicles to determine necessary safety or service work, performing complex diagnostics using handheld devices, and collaborating with service advisors to ensure transparent communication with customers.
Beyond technical repairs, you will play a vital role in our team culture by assisting fellow technicians, participating in the training and development of novice team members, and maintaining high standards for customer satisfaction. You will ensure customer vehicles are returned in pristine condition and stay current with new technologies through continuous manufacturer-sponsored training.
