About the Role

As an Automotive Technician, you will be the backbone of our service department, exemplifying professional integrity and extensive knowledge of the automotive industry. This role is designed for individuals who possess a passion for delivering exceptional customer service while utilizing the latest technology, tools, and equipment to perform comprehensive vehicle inspections and repairs.

In this position, you will exercise independent judgment to manage matters that significantly impact business operations. You will collaborate with management and senior team members to coordinate workflow, mentor junior technicians, and support the execution of business plans. Your day-to-day involves ensuring all repair and maintenance work meets manufacturer specifications and industry standards, while communicating effectively with customers to explain repair recommendations and address their concerns. You will also play a key role in maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work environment in strict accordance with OSHA regulations and company safety policies.

Hiring Process & Application

To join our team, candidates must be legally authorized to work within the United States. Successful completion of a Motor Vehicle Records (MVR) check and the ability to maintain a clean driving record are required. We look for individuals who can thrive in a high-paced sales environment and manage priorities with minimal supervision.
