About the Role

We are immediately hiring a Permanent Full-Time Experienced Mid-Level Diesel Technician to support our Truck Fleet in Williston, Vermont. This role is designed for a Maintenance Repair Mechanic who wants to work on Heavy Duty Vehicles in a supportive environment that values work-life balance.

You will join a team that offers immediate benefits, including paid training, PPE, uniforms, and a boot allowance. The position operates on a Monday–Friday schedule with weekends off, running from 11:30 am to 8:00 pm. We are looking for individuals who are eager to grow their skills, with opportunities for tuition repayment and recognition programs for top technicians.

Candidates selected for this position must successfully complete the following screening steps:

• Pass a Ryder Drug Test
• Pass a DOT physical
• Pass a Ryder road test
• Pass a Ryder Background and Motor Vehicle check, including drug and alcohol verification from previous employers for the last 3 years
