The Field Service Technician is responsible for equipment maintenance and repair, and for documenting related repairs and services. This position also recommends changes in systems, programs, and equipment to improve reliability, increase capability, and/or reduce customer costs. The field service technician performs duties in the field with minimal supervision and coaching, serving as the primary point of contact for technical assistance, on-site training, and problem-solving regarding customer complaints.
