Key Responsibilities
- check_circleComplete maintenance requests, replacements, and upkeep for grounds and common areas
- check_circleTroubleshoot HVAC systems and assist with apartment make-readies
- check_circleEnsure preventive maintenance programs are followed and documented per guidelines
- check_circleRespond to resident requests and share on-call responsibilities with the maintenance team
- check_circleDiagnose problems and perform general repairs to restore units to move-in ready condition
- check_circleIdentify and correct hazardous community conditions and report them to management
- check_circlePost notices to vacate and handle other community communications as applicable
- check_circleComply with OSHA regulations and all federal, state, and local safety codes
- check_circleMaintain and secure all property-issued tools and equipment
Requirements
- verifiedSix months to one-year general maintenance and safety experience
- verifiedBasic computer skills
