About the Role
As the Service Technician, you will have a big mission: to assist with the oversight of physical assets and ensure customer satisfaction. This role is defined not just by what you fix, but by how you do it. You will diagnose problems and make repairs across HVAC, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, drywall, interior and exterior structural elements, and appliances, while assisting with apartment make-readies.
Beyond immediate repairs, you will support preventive maintenance and construction or rehabilitation projects for the property. You will represent the company in a professional and courteous manner, exhibiting a strong commitment to the service needs of both internal and external customers. Your work ensures the property remains safe, functional, and welcoming for residents.
