About the Role
We are seeking a skilled and dependable Service Technician to support the maintenance operations of The Berkshire Apartments and 215C Apartments, our residential communities in Washington DC. This role exists to ensure our properties remain safe, clean, and inviting for our residents. You will be the face of Donaldson's commitment to excellence, responding to service requests with professionalism and attention to detail. Your day will involve a dynamic mix of general repairs, routine inspections, and preventive maintenance across apartments and common areas. From assisting with apartment turnovers to managing after-hours emergencies on a rotating schedule, you will play a vital role in keeping our communities running smoothly while maintaining a safe and organized work environment.
