The Maintenance Technician is a vital, resident-facing role responsible for performing high-quality, cost-effective maintenance work within single-family rental homes. This position ensures the company's operational and safety policies are followed while delivering timely and professional service to residents.
As a member of our "work-family," you will be assigned a company vehicle to travel between homes in a geographic region (preferred in the Ruskin Area). Your day-to-day involves interacting directly with customers, resolving maintenance issues across multiple trade categories, and conducting proactive visits to reduce future service requests. We are seeking dedicated learners with a drive to excel who are passionate about serving residents and maintaining top-quality homes in an ever-evolving industry.
