About the Role
As the Service Technician, you will have a big mission: to assist with the oversight of physical assets and ensure customer satisfaction. This position is split between The Falls of Hoover and The Woods of Hoover.
In this role, you will be part of a team that values "how" things are done just as much as "what" was done. You will represent the company in a professional and courteous manner, exhibiting a strong commitment to the service needs of both internal and external customers. Your work will directly contribute to restoring units to move-in ready condition, troubleshooting HVAC systems, and assisting with apartment make-readies, preventive maintenance, and construction or rehabilitation projects.
