About the Role

As a Service Advisor, you will serve as the vital link between our customers and our technicians. Your primary mission is to ensure every vehicle is restored to its optimal condition while providing a transparent and enthusiastic service experience. You will work directly with customers to identify necessary maintenance, explain complex mechanical issues, and schedule appointments that fit their needs.

In this role, you will estimate costs for mechanical and electrical repairs, document service orders, and communicate effectively with service managers and technicians. You are empowered to exceed customer expectations by offering additional services and ensuring the dealership's standards for repair and order production are met. Success in this position requires a balance of technical knowledge regarding vehicle operations and strong interpersonal skills to build lasting relationships.
