The Guest Services role is the heartbeat of our sales department, ensuring a friendly and receptive environment for every guest who walks through our doors. You will serve as the central hub for administrative functions, bridging the gap between customer needs and our sales team through accurate data recording and critical reporting.
Your day will be defined by creating a warm, positive atmosphere for guests, their families, and fellow teammates. From the moment you answer incoming calls with courtesy and professionalism to directing visitors to the appropriate department, you set the tone for their experience. You will manage essential logs, including guest services, loaner agreements, and dealer plates, while producing daily performance reports that track key metrics. Beyond the desk, you will walk the showroom hourly to offer refreshments and ensure the facility remains clean, comfortable, and safe.
