The Sales and Service Banker serves as a trusted advisor to customers, focusing on building strong, long-lasting relationships by understanding their financial needs and goals. This role involves providing tailored solutions for banking, lending, and investment products while delivering exceptional customer service, minimizing risk, and defending against fraud.
You will proactively engage with customers to assist with various financial needs, processing teller transactions, identifying cross-sell opportunities, resolving issues, and educating them on digital banking tools. By collaborating with team members to drive branch sales targets, you will contribute to the overall success of the bank.
