About the Role

As a Service Advisor, you will serve as the vital link between our customers and our skilled technicians. Your primary mission is to ensure a seamless service experience by identifying required maintenance, documenting repairs, and scheduling appointments. You will work directly with customers to understand their vehicle's needs, advising them on necessary services while explaining detailed cost estimates for parts and labor. This role requires you to maintain high Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) scores by delivering enthusiasm and exceeding customer expectations every day.

Day in the Life

Your day will involve frequent interaction with customers, service managers, and technicians. You will inspect customer vehicles, conduct road tests when necessary, and convey critical information between the service bay and the front office. While maintaining an organized and safe work area, you will utilize dealership management systems to enter itemized estimates and track hours. Success in this role means balancing technical knowledge of vehicle operations with excellent interpersonal skills to build trust and respect with every client.
