About the Role
Camping World is seeking a Service Advisor to join our growing team. In this role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for customers initiating and processing repair service requests. You will provide essential administrative support to the Service Department while ensuring customers are kept fully apprised of their vehicle's work progress.
Your day will involve working directly with customers to determine their specialized product needs and services. You will also have the opportunity to suggest add-on sales to enhance the customer experience and increase average transactions. Additionally, you will be responsible for providing accurate price estimates for designated installations prior to scheduling appointments.
Compensation and Benefits
This is a commission-based role with uncapped commissions. A reasonable estimate of the total annual compensation range (base pay + variable compensation earned) is $50,000 - $75,000 or more.
