Key Responsibilities
- check_circlePrepare customer billings and coordinate resolution of billing issues with collections
- check_circleReceive orders, reconcile information, track on spreadsheets, and follow up with customers
- check_circleMake proactive calls to identify accounts requiring close attention and resolve problems
- check_circleExamine customer problems and implement appropriate corrective actions
- check_circleEscalate queries and requests to supervisors or field locations as needed
- check_circleMaintain and create logs, reports, records, and files
