About the Role
As a Delivery District Lead, you will lead a team of frontline employees in a fast-paced direct store delivery environment. Your mission is to ensure orders are delivered to key customers with precision and care. You will serve as the vital link between drivers, sales representatives, and warehouse operations, proactively understanding customer needs to drive daily productivity. This role requires a strong sense of urgency and the ability to coach and develop drivers through regular route rides, ensuring that store delivery time windows are met daily while maintaining the highest standards of customer service and safety compliance.

Requirements

- verifiedMust be willing and able to lift up to 40 lbs. periodically
- verifiedLimited to persons with indefinite right to work in the United States
- verifiedMust have a valid driver's license
- verifiedSafe driving record strongly preferred
