Garden Plaza at Cleveland is seeking a part-time weekend server to deliver restaurant-style dining services with a strong focus on hospitality. This position is ideal for students and those who enjoy serving seniors. You will report to the Dining Services Director or Dining Room Supervisor and play a vital role in ensuring a welcoming atmosphere for residents and visitors.
In this role, you will greet residents warmly, assist with food selection, and serve meals using trays with appropriate techniques. Your day will involve managing assigned stations, ensuring timely beverage refills, and maintaining a clean, safe, and dry dining environment. Whether you are stripping and resetting tables, preparing for the next meal, or assisting with dish room tasks, your goal is to provide a seamless dining experience. As a Lead Server, you will also have the opportunity to train and guide new team members in accordance with Century Park standards.
