About the Role

As an Applebee's Server, you will be the guest's first and last impression. This role blends fun, flexibility, and growth, offering a balance between work and personal life in a dynamic environment. You will be responsible for making guests feel welcome, anticipating their needs, and providing excellent recommendations. While the work requires effort, the goal is to have a great time while making a meaningful impact.

Health, Safety, and Well-being

The health, safety, and well-being of our employees is our top priority. Servers must be able to exert well-paced mobility for periods up to four hours, safely reach, bend, stoop, and frequently lift up to 25 pounds. The role involves transporting plates, glasses, and baskets approximately 30 times per shift. Employees must be able to speak clearly, listen attentively, and wear protective hand coverings, face coverings, or masks throughout the shift. Frequent hand washing with disinfecting soap and the use of disinfectant cleaning supplies are also required.
