About the Role
As a Server at PJ Whelihan's, you will be the face of our restaurant, responsible for creating a welcoming atmosphere where every guest feels personally cared for. This role is ideal for someone with a friendly attitude, charismatic energy, and a social personality who takes pride in their appearance and presentation. You will be the calm, cool, and collected leader in a high-volume environment, ensuring guests have a memorable dining experience from the moment they are greeted until they are thanked for their visit.
Your day will involve guiding guests through our menu, making genuine recommendations, and managing the flow of service with confidence. You will work closely with the Front of House team, utilizing our POS system and HotSchedules application to ensure accurate sales data and seamless communication. Success in this role requires a willingness to assist fellow servers and bus-persons to maintain the smooth and efficient operation of the restaurant.
