As a Shift Leader, you will partner with the General Manager to oversee daily in-store operations, ensuring the restaurant runs in exceptional order. You will be the face of the team, bringing an enthusiastic, friendly, and positive attitude to every interaction. From greeting customers and managing point-of-sale transactions to preparing food and maintaining a spotless environment, your day-to-day involves collaborating with the line team to deliver a consistent, high-quality experience. You will also play a key part in team development by helping to create work schedules, training new employees, and resolving interpersonal issues to foster a supportive workplace culture.
