About the Role
The DraftKings Sportsbook at TPC Scottsdale, which opened in Fall 2023, is a unique entertainment venue featuring premier food and beverage experiences and sports betting under one roof. Spanning 12,000 square feet of interior space, 6,000 square feet of patio, and over 3,600 square feet of video walls, the venue offers 400 seats, private cabanas, and VIP spaces capable of hosting special events.
We are seeking a Restaurant General Manager to provide the vision, leadership, and strategy to inspire our food and beverage team. This leader will drive creative food and beverage experiences, exceptional service, and financial success. You will oversee all restaurant functions, including hiring and training for 100+ staff members, food and beverage programming, and operational systems. Your day-to-day responsibilities include managing P&L ownership, analyzing financial data, establishing goals, and conducting on-site staff training to ensure customer service excellence and team engagement.
