Founded by Greg Flynn in 1999, Flynn Group began with the acquisition of eight Applebee's locations. Over two decades, we grew by building new stores and acquiring other franchise operators to become the largest Applebee's franchisee in the world. This strong foundation allowed us to expand into other brands, countries, and industries. Today, Flynn Group operates over 460 Applebee's restaurants across 24 states and is the largest franchise operator in the world.

Flynn owns and operates a diversified portfolio of restaurants in iconic, world-class brands across diverse segments, including Applebee's, Arby's, Panera Bread, Pizza Hut, Taco Bell, Wendy's, and Planet Fitness. About the Role

As an Applebee's Server, you will be your guests' first and last impression. This role blends fun, flexibility, and growth, offering a balance between work and personal life in an exciting environment. You will be responsible for making recommendations, anticipating guest needs, and ensuring a memorable dining experience. While the work is hard, the goal is to have a great time doing it.
