About the Role
As a Waitstaff/Server, your day-to-day work centers on providing quality customer service to residents and guests in a warm, gracious manner. You will be the face of our dining experience, routinely setting up, clearing, and resetting the dining room to ensure a welcoming environment. Your role involves taking menu orders, serving meals and beverages in a timely fashion, and explaining menu items, ingredients, and cooking methods to guests. You will also inform guests of daily specials, handle complaints professionally, and adhere to strict sanitary and HIPAA privacy standards to protect resident health information.
