About the Role
As a Waitstaff/Server, your day-to-day work centers on providing quality customer service to residents and guests in a warm, gracious manner. You will be the face of our dining experience, routinely setting up, clearing, and resetting the dining room to ensure a pristine environment. Your role involves taking menu orders, serving meals and beverages in a timely fashion, and explaining menu items, ingredients, and cooking methods to our community members. You will also handle daily specials, make recommendations, and manage guest interactions with professionalism, referring issues to supervisors when necessary. Beyond serving, you will maintain front-of-house and kitchen sanitation standards and adhere to strict HIPAA privacy rules regarding resident health information.
