About the Role
As a Waitstaff/Server, your day-to-day work centers on providing quality customer service to residents and guests in a warm, gracious manner. You will be the face of our dining experience, routinely setting up, clearing, and resetting the dining room while ensuring a seamless flow of service. From greeting guests promptly at their tables to explaining menu items and daily specials, your role is to create a welcoming atmosphere where every interaction feels personal and professional.
You will take menu orders, input them accurately into the POS system, and serve meals, beverages, and desserts in a timely fashion. The role requires attentiveness to detail, from adhering to sanitary food serving standards to respecting HIPAA privacy rules regarding resident health information. Whether you are managing a pre-shift meeting to review allergy alerts, handling guest complaints with professionalism, or assisting with catering functions, your contribution ensures that residents and guests feel cared for and valued.
